We want you to be happy with your craft shapes! Please read our policy below.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, we're happy to help. To request a replacement:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Once approved, return the damaged item to us — return postage is the customer's responsibility.
On receipt of the returned item, we will send out a replacement at no extra charge.
What's Not Covered
Items damaged through misuse, over-cutting, or normal wear after use
Change of mind, incorrect size/colour chosen by the customer, or items no longer wanted
Damage reported more than 7 days after delivery
